Wilson's by the Creek Restaurant offers fine dining amidst a beautiful rainforest setting in the Byron Bay Hinterland. In the tradition of Peppers' reputation for fine dining and wine, Executive Chef, Stewart Luck, creates a fusion of Australian and Asian Style cooking combined with the freshest local produce available in the Byron Bay region.
Wilson's by the Creek is fully licensed and open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner for in-house guests. Available for Breakfast between 8.00am - 10:00am and Dinner: 6:30pm - 8:30pm all day dining and room service is available between 11.00am and 8.30pm.

Just an hour from Coolangatta Airport on Queensland's Gold Coast, or two hours drive from Brisbane, Peppers Coorabell Retreat is the ideal conference venue in the Byron Bay Hinterland on the north coast of NSW.
Onsite there are a number of venues to choose from depending on your group size and requirements. For larger groups, our onsite restaurant, Wilson’s by the Creek can cater for up to 80 delegates theatre style or banquet style while the bordering verandah to the restaurant offers a more intimate and informal atmosphere perfect for up to 18 delegates. For smaller meetings again one of the interconnecting suites may also be suitable.

Hinterland Suite:
Each suite features a queen-sized bedroom with a separate ensuite and lounge room with a fold-out sofa bed (charges apply for use of this feature).
All suites also feature their own private balcony, the perfect place to relax, unwind and admire the peace and quiet of this unique destination.
There is one also one interconnecting Hinterland View Suite ideal for a family or groups of 6-8 guests.
Rainforest Suites:
Offering the same configuration and decor as the Hinterland View Suites, these accommodations are perfectly suited to two guests with a sofa bed also available (charges apply for use of this feature).
There is also one interconnecting Rainforest Suite ideal for a family or groups of 6-8 guests. Disabled facilities are featured in two rooms however only one features an access ramp.
