Après Restaurant Hunter Valley caters for all tastes and styles and has the flexibility to accommodate small or large groups. With northerly panoramic views, the restaurant usually seats 40 guests but can be extended to seat up to 100 guests. In addition, the upper and lower terraces outdoors allow al fresco dining for up to 120 guests.
Après collected the award for Best Tourism Restaurant at the 2004 Restaurant and Catering New South Wales Regional Awards for Excellence. It also collected three awards at the Hunter Region Finals including the night's main award of Restaurant of the Year. Après is situated at The Vintage Golf Club, adjacent to Grand Mercure Hunter Valley and is open for breakfast seven days a week, brunch on Sunday and dinner Wednesday to Saturday. Bookings for dinner are considered essential.
