The Eiger is a family owned and operated ski resort, ideally located in the centre of Perisher Blue - only 100m ski from our front door to Perisher's Express Quad Chairlift and 5 minutes walk to the Perisher Centre and Skitube.

The younger ones can amuse themselves nearby in the games area with videos, toys, books, table tennis, Playstation or games.
Drying rooms, laundry, change and shower provisions for early arrivals and late departures, as well as locked ski racks are all included in The Eiger's service to you.
Accommodation Information:
Rooms
Every room has its own separate kitchen / dining area, ensuite bathroom, TV and phone. Rooms are 'more than' adequately warm, have hanging space, drawers, shelves, chair and bed lights.
Standards
Ranging from a single - through to 4 persons - and have single, double or bunk beds.
Mountain View
Also west facing the slopes, double or single beds.
Mountain View Plus
The Largest rooms - facing the slopes (west) with either queen or single beds. Added comfort of a table and 2 chairs, a bath and LCD TV. Suits 2 or 3 persons.
Units
Units for 4,5 or 6 persons - great for families - have either 2 or 3 bedrooms. Ask us for details.
Location Information:
Perisher Valley with a base of 1720m is situated in the Kosciuszko National Park and together with Blue Cow, Guthega and Smiggins forms Australia's largest ski resort - Perisher Blue. 1250 hectares of snow covered terrain accessed by 50 ski lifts all on one lift ticket. The cross country skier too will enjoy the many groomed trails.
How to get there.
There is no overnight parking for the guests in Perisher (but it means that you can ski from their front door across the snow covered road to the nearest lift). Depending on snow conditions this rule may be relaxed during Holiday Season in late September - please check with before arrival.
You may leave your vehicle below the snowline at:- The Bullocks Flat overnight car park (no parking fee, no park entry fee, snow chains do not have to be carried) and travel via Skitube to Perisher (during July and August luggage restrictions using Skitube may apply for certain times).
- Jindabyne or the Sawpit Creek Car Park (no parking fee, park entry fee applies if using Sawpit Creek, snow chains have to be carried if proceeding beyond Sawpit Creek). For parking or transport to Perisher, please arrange these BEFORE arrival at either location.
- If flying you can hire a car from Snowy Mountains Hire Cars.
For arrivals at the Perisher Skitube Terminal at any time you can arrange oversnow transport for you and your luggage with Hans Oversnow (a fare is applicable) to Eiger or between 7.30am and 5pm you are welcome to ring us and use our complimentary luggage (not passenger) pick up.
Check In - is 2pm (or sooner should your room be ready) and room check out is 9am. Luggage storage and shower/change facilities are available for early arrival from 7.30am or later departure until 5pm.
The 7pm Skitube from Bullocks is the latest train which will get you to Eiger in time for dinner.
For later arrivals (we appreciate your call to advise us) we suggest you have a meal along the way.
