Their chefs prepare exquisite, modern Australian cuisine using the freshest ingredients. Relaxed cafe style food at lunch is complemented by mouth watering specialities on their dinner menu such as eye fillet with a duet potato gratin holding grilled scampi with a devilled jus, and wok fried snapper with a sticky chilli salsa and coconut rice, and spinach cannelloni stuffed with goats cheese, pine nuts topped with roasted Italian tomatoes and torn basil leaf. Of course our desserts are the extreme of delicious indulgence too.
The Pacific Palms area is tucked away in the heart of The Great Lakes, 20 minutes south of Forster.

- Car – three hours drive north of Sydney on the F3 Freeway
Mobys Beachside Retreat is located opposite Boomerang Beach, and close to Boomerang's neighbouring beaches Blueys, Elizabeth and the serene Shelly Beach. A 50m stroll from the entrance of Mobys delivers you to Boomerang Beach.
Just a five minute walk away is the quaint Blueys Shopping Village for the purchase of basic supplies. For more extensive shopping, Forster Township is a 20 minute drive along the Lakesway.

Each beach house has that distinct Mobys distinct Mobys style, contemporary furniture, with spacious rooms and the warmth of polished hardwood floors. Kitchens are superbly fitted out in the latest designer appliances, as well as fine crockery and all the utensils you'll need. In Keeping with the style, each beach house has an outdoor, alfresco deck looking over magnificent landscaped gardens filled with beautiful mature tropical plants. Each beach house is also fitted with the latest home entertainment equipment.
Bedding configuration for One Bedroom consists of 1 Queen Bed and has a maximum capacity of of 3 people - Sofa bed is an additional charge as its not classified as existing bedding. Configuration for Two Bedroom features either 1 Queen + 2 Singles or 2 Queen Beds and configuration for the Three Bedroom has either 2 Queen + 2 Singles or 1 Queen + 4 Singles.

Watersports:Right on the doorstep of Mobys are the four ocean beaches of Boomerang, Blueys, renowned surfing beaches boasting some of the best breaks on the Australian coast. Elizabeth and the serene Shelly Beach, popular for swimming and snorkelling. There are excellent waves to be had up and down the coast from Seal Rocks to Crowdy Head. Take a dip in the crystal clear rock pools and bays or in winter, canoe on serene tidal lakes. For the aqua-explorer, there are dolphin swims and scuba diving. For the less physical there's whale and dolphin watching from land or on tours.
Fishing:For the fishing enthusiast or carefree dabbler it is hard to think of an area that offers a greater variety of fishing. Anglers can choose to fish from beaches, oceans, lakes, rivers and jetties. Whether you are a novice or an expert there is something for everyone.
Golf:Play golf at any of the world class golf courses in the region. The Great Lakes area offers a diverse range of golf courses for the novice through to the professional. Mobys is within 20 minutes drive of four golf courses including the challenging Tuncurry layout.
Bushwalking:For the adventurous there's Booti Booti National Park, Wallis and Smith Lakes within easy reach for bush walks, endless recreational water activities and wildlife diversity. Alternatively you can see some of the prettiest scenery on the coast right on your doorstep at Pacific Palms. Again, for the less active, the national parks provide some of the most scenic driving on the coast.
