Port of Call Restaurant: Using the freshest of local seafood while providing a choice of dishes including children's meals and vegetarian meals. The restaurant offers indoor and outdoor dining overlooking the picturesque waters of Port Stephens. All functions can be catered for - weddings, corporate seminars and social groups with a private room available. Catered seating for up to 140 inside and 100 outside with full glass windows leading onto the large balcony.
Conferences and Functions:When staying at The Landmark Nelson Bay, there are three venues to choose from for your conference. Depending on group size and requirements, we will be able to suggest and organise the most appropriate venue to help make every part of your conference a success. Everything from conferencing and dining requirements to off-site activities, team building events and transport can be organised for you.
Located inside the complex of The Landmark Nelson Bay is the Port of Call Restaurant & Convention Centre. There are two function rooms both of which are light and airy and have water views (full black available if required). A feature of the rooms is the full glass windows which lead onto the large balcony capturing the magnificent water views of Port Stephens. This area can be utilised for morning and afternoon tea or even pre dinner drinks and cocktails.
Any function can be catered for, from weddings, corporate seminars to social groups with private rooms available. Dining menus are innovative, using the freshest of local seafood while providing a variety of other dishes, children's menu and vegetarian meals, all at reasonable prices. They pride themselves on personalised service and attention to detail so that your function can run smoothly and professionally.

Studio Apartment: Similar to the size of a standard hotel / motel size but with self contained facilities and bath spa. Able to accommodate either one or two persons with a queen size bed or two single beds. All Studio Apartments have a private balcony with views over Port Stephens.
One Bedroom Apartment: With a separate bedroom to a spacious living area and with self contained facilities. Choice of either corner spa, bath spa or shower only (subject to availability). The One Bedroom Apartment accommodates either one, two or three people with a queen size bed or 2 single beds (rollaway bed for third person). All One Bedroom Apartments have a private balcony with views over Port Stephens. Dedicated disabled access rooms available on request.
Two Bedroom Apartment: With two separate bedrooms to a living area, the Two Bedroom Apartment can accommodate up to five people with self contained facilities and corner spa. Bedding configuration is either 4 single beds or 1 queen bed and two single beds (rollaway bed for fifth person). All Two Bedroom Apartments have a private balcony with bushland views.
Two Bedroom Waterview Apartment: With two separate bedrooms to a living area, the Two Bedroom Apartment can accommodate up to five people with self contained facilities and corner spa. Bedding configuration is 1 queen bed and two single beds (rollaway bed for fifth person). All Two Bedroom Apartments have a private balcony with water views. Conveniently located beside the lifts in the complex.
Two Bedroom Executive Apartment: The Two Bedroom Executive Apartments have two separate bedrooms to a living area accommodating up to five people with self contained facilities and corner spa. The bedding configuration is one queen size bed and two single beds (rollaway bed for fifth person). All Two Bedroom Executives have a private balcony with stunning views over Port Stephens.
