The dual Novotel and Hotel Ibis Sydney Olympic Park complex was built and opened in 1999/2000 the Novotel has 177 rooms and the Ibis 144 rooms with 8 conference spaces, The Sydney Olympic Park Observation Centre, Arena Restaurant and Bar, the themed Brewery, Muffin Break, McDonalds and Boulevard Newsagency all for your convenience.
Since the opening of the hotel in January 2000, our environmental management system has continued to be accredited with ISO 14001 - The International Standard in Environmental Management. They have set objectives and targets on how to manage the various issues involved in minimising the effect on the environment.

Arena Restaurant: Wine and dine in style and comfort at Arena Restaurant, located on the ground floor of Novotel and adjacent to Arena Wine Bar. Visit them for breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 days per week. Treat yourself to a delicious Buffet Breakfast with their Chef heating things up at the live egg cooking station. Lunch is just as much fun at the Noodle Bar, create your own Oriental dish and watch their Chef cook it for you; or sit back, relax and order from the a la carte menu. Experience the seasonal a la carte dinner menu offering Australian contemporary cuisine and an extensive wine list. The views from the restaurant are unsurpassed, with a stunning outlook over world class Olympic venues and serene parklands.
Arena Wine Bar: Take time out to relax and enjoy the intimate and cosy atmosphere of Arena Wine Bar. Soak up the afternoon sun over a chilled glass of wine or come in for a light snack and experience the soothing ambience. Located on the ground floor of Novotel and adjacent to Arena Restaurant, Arena Wine Bar offers light snacks and beverages including coffee, wine and cocktails. It’s a lovely place to catch up with a friend or to conduct business with sweeping views across Sydney Olympic Park. Open 7 days from 10am.
The Brewery: Ideally located between the Sydney Olympic Park Train Station and Telstra Stadium, on the lower ground level of the Novotel hotel. The Brewery is a complete entertainment venue with an indoor and outdoor bar and bistro, TAB, pool, televisions broadcasting music channels, Sky TV, Fox Sports, major sporting events from around the globe and live entertainment every Friday night.
Licensed for 1000 people, The Brewery is flexible enough to extend alfresco dining and drinking areas for special event nights where up to 5000 people can be catered for. Showcasing some of Sydney's biggest pub bands during popular events creates a lively vibe any time of the day or night. Current opening hours are Monday to Saturday from 12pm to 3pm for lunch, 5pm to 8pm for dinner, Monday to Saturday Bar opens from 11:30am till late, Open on Sundays only when Sydney Olympic Park hosts major events.
The Brewery is home to 30 local and International beers! After a casual meal to compliment that perfect beer? Steak, seafood or pizza sound tempting?
The Brewery will be undergoing a stylish refurbishment in the upcoming months 06/07, an elevated outdoor deck and new interior furnishings will make it the perfect place to sip a chilled drink over Spring and Summer as the heat turns up.
