There are three different ways you can get to Thredbo, either coach, car or by air. Obviously travelling by air is the quickest way to get to you destination and you can get a flight from any major city in Australia to Canberra and then fly to the Cooma Airport which is approximately 1 hour out of Thredbo. Or jump on a bus with any of the different bus companies that tour throughout Australia. But if you just want to take everything in your own strip from start to finish then do a self drive to Thredbo Village. Just make you way to Jindabyne and from here you are only 31 kilometres from Thredbo and a fantastic holiday.
