Yamba developments are quickly being recognised as a dream for developers, with large pieces of undeveloped land still be bought. Yamba has recently been identified as a property ‘hot spot’ in a national survey. And with the a brand new benefit from one of the country’s most influential pieces of new transport infrastructure set to run straight past Yamba, the Tugun bypass, makes northern NSW more accessible to the larger population bases of south-east Queensland.
